Hello, I’m Brian.
I have worked in Financial Services since 1999, and began my career in Equity Release in 2018 with Key Retirement. I very quickly found my passion for this market and its products. More recently, I was an integral part of the ranks at Fluent, where I worked for 5 years. However, all my previous positions have been with customer service being at the forefront, as client outcomes are important to me.
I take pride in the service I provide and love to hear back from clients that I have assisted, which is often life changing for them. There is now so much choice, sophistication and flexibility for later life borrowers that I cannot see myself wanting to be in any other financial services role.
Equity Release Supermarket are driven to providing clients with the maximum choice of options and have an expansive suite of solutions. Being independent, we work with lenders across the whole of market, rather than just a panel of lenders, or being restricted further with a tied status.
Though I am personally still pre-equity release age, I find it comforting to know there are fantastic options available that I may benefit from to consider in later life too.
I live in Walton-le-Dale, Preston and have four wonderful children. I am a Liverpool football fan – though don’t hold this against me! However, both my sons are avid Blackburn Rovers fans and, as such, they have become my adopted team.
I help coach my eldest son’s football team, and enjoy watching boxing, UFC and love reading crime fiction novels though my family absorbs much of my time outside of work.
