Hello, I’m Dan one of the advisers here at award-winning Equity Release Supermarket.
I have worked in the financial services industry for 15 years and began my career with AVIVA, formerly known as Norwich Union, in various broker support roles including - Retirement Consultant. My experience at AVIVA has given me a great understanding of financial services as a whole and especially retirement products for which I have specialised in for a number of years.
In 2013 I joined Age Partnership as a retirement income specialist, as I wanted to help customers with their hard-earned pensions, and in 2016 I began to advise my clients on equity release products to help them achieve financial freedom in retirement.
In 2019 I joined Equity Release Supermarket a company that has the same belief’s as myself to put the customer at the centre of everything that we do and provide the best advice available to allow people to make an informed choice.
I am passionate about equity release and have seen first-hand over the years what a difference these plans can make for peoples lives whether it is repaying an existing interest only mortgage, clearing debts, holidays, home improvements or helping children get onto the property ladder as examples.
These plans are not going to suit everybody’s needs and that is why I take my time to understand your individual needs and circumstances.
Originally from Sheffield, I currently live in Barnsley with my wife Alex and son Max. In our free time we enjoy spending time together in the countryside and attractions on my doorstep. When time allows, we like to attend football matches at downtown Brammall Lane in Sheffield.
