I’m David, one of the Specialist Advisers, here at Equity Release Supermarket.
I have a strong proven track record in financial services for over 30 years and in that time have held a variety of positions, not only in an advisory capacity, but also at senior management level; the majority of those being spent within the Britannic Group.
Ten years ago, with a very keen interest in Later Life Lending, I began giving specialist advice with a few of the largest organisations in this marketplace, and latterly with Key Retirement.
I had a very successful time at Key where I quickly rose to become one of their most senior advisers and left to join award winning Equity Release Supermarket under the expert guidance of Mark Gregory and his extremely professional team. What impressed me most within this organisation is that we share our passion for ensuring that the clients best interests are at the heart of all that we do.
With there being so many product variations and options with today’s equity release schemes, I rely not only on my experience and expert knowledge, but also the ability to research the whole of the market including - Lifetime Mortgages, Retirement Mortgages. RIO’s and Home Reversion plans. I have experience in all of these later life lending products and can therefore assist my clients to make a real difference to their lives.
I am a family man, who lives just outside of Glasgow with my wife, three children and two cats. I have a keen interest in sports and enjoy travelling to experience different cultures.
