Hi, I’m Hayley, an independent equity release adviser here at Equity Release Supermarket.
I’ve worked in financial services since 2017, gaining experience across banking, mortgages, insurance, and latterly equity release. Throughout my career, one thing has always remained the same - my focus on helping clients achieve their goals.

I take the time to understand your situation, what’s important to you, and how equity release could support your plans. That could be to increase your income, making home improvements, helping family, or taking that long awaited holiday.
As an independent adviser, I have access to the whole market, ensuring you get the best solution for your needs, and if equity release isn’t right for you, I’ll tell you and explore alternative options.

Outside of work, I live in the Norfolk countryside with my family and my dog. I love to travel and I’m a keen cook.
One of the things I find most rewarding is my volunteer work with Age UK as a telephone befriender. Loneliness can be a real challenge for many people, and I feel privileged to be able to offer support and companionship to those who may not have someone to talk to. A simple chat can brighten someone’s day, and knowing that I can make a difference, is incredibly meaningful to me.
Volunteering has not only allowed me to connect with some truly wonderful people, but it has also reinforced the importance of listening and understanding others—something I carry through into my role as an adviser.
