Hello, I’m Marc
I have been working in financial services now for over 20 years. My experience covers compliance, insurance, second charge mortgages as well as my passion; equity release.
My career in equity release started back in 2005 when I joined Key Retirement and quickly rose through the ranks to become a telephone based equity release adviser. I then gained my equity release qualifications and enjoyed advising clients immensely.
I was then approached by a former colleague five year ago to provide support in the 2nd charge mortgage industry, which is where I worked until 2017. I always wanted to return to equity release. After considering my options, I chose Equity Release Supermarket, as they impressed me the most with how customer focussed & transparent they are.
Providing the right advice to the client is at the heart of everything we do. If equity release isn’t the right thing for the client, then I will tell them so. It is important to me that I work for a company that is truly independent and is not linked to any providers.
There are a whole range of plans now available which is why it is so important to get the best advice to choose the plan that is tailored for the individual. The most rewarding aspect for me is being able to see people enjoy the money they have released from their home & seeing how it can change their life. Occasionally, I’ve received postcards from clients in far flung places they never dreamt about going. Unfortunately, I was never invited along, but was happy to help them fulfil their dreams!
When I’ve helped people release equity, my clients have done home improvements, paid off debts, even assisted family members when they need it most. There are such a wide range of products available now from plans, ranging from plans with, or without monthly payments, to ones where you can even make voluntary contributions. I am here to help you make the right choice for you and your family.
I live with my wife and young daughter in Penwortham, Lancashire and look forward to hearing from you.
