Hello, I’m Will one of the independent equity release advisers at award-winning Equity Release Supermarket.
I have worked in the service industry since 2012. Originally, I was a estate planning specialist where I would assist clients in later life planning advice such Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers.
It was this experience which led me to a role within financial services in 2015 as an independent mortgage advisor. There, I would visit clients in their homes and research the best possible mortgage deals.
It was during this period that I came across equity release and was amazed at just how interesting it was and how much it could improve and change people’s lives.
From 2017 onwards I have specialised in equity release. I am one of the telephone-based advisers at Equity Release Supermarket and in that role, I can research the whole of the equity release marketplace to find the best solution to achieve my client’s financial goals.
I find that many of my clients are looking to make some long-awaited home improvements, take frequent holidays, help parents/grandparents make financial gifts to help family members, or to simply just have some money set aside for future use and have peace of mind.
Equity release is a big decision and it’s therefore important you think about all the options available to you. My aim is to ensure you receive the best whole of market advice about how to go about finding whether it’s the right option for you. If it’s not, I will happily tell you.
I live in Howden in East Yorkshire where in my spare time I have a range of hobbies; from football to tennis and rugby, but also a passion for reading and trying new things. I am always keen to learn more about everything I do and continually try and improve myself wherever possible.
